Pouring into Ourselves

Let’s talk about what we offer outward and what we offer inward.

Every person has their boundaries and limitations to what they are able to give.

Often, we feel a need to continue giving even if our energy is spent.

There is so much social media pressure to keep, keep, keep producing.

If you’re not constantly updating, then you’re not trendy anymore.

This is unhealthy because it will only lead to burnout.

Each of us has to step back when it’s needed, and we have to be strong enough to know when we must recharge.

If you find yourself constantly seeking the spotlight to prove yourself, then where is the self-validation of your worth?

If you’re just creating content, then where is the real art?

I don’t have any concrete answers because everyone finds fulfillment in different places.

We are never-ending possibilities of potential, looking to leave our mark on the world.

All I can do is hope that we are directly pouring into ourselves, instead of looking for others to refill our glass. ⁣
