Moon day with Luna applying to Saturn all day & I’m thinking about bodily nourishment… 💭☁️ a collection of [always vegan] plates and spreads from the last couple months. Feeling a rush of gratitude for this Saturn transit through my 3rd House and finding so many wonderful goodies at farmer’s markets & local shops.
All ingredients have been purchased in the St. Petersburg, FL area and sourcing as much organic and locally created produce as possible.
1: trumpet mushroom scallops (Italian style) with zucca, homemade mozzarella & oregano biscuits, and mushroom kale ragú
2: trumpet mushroom scallops (Asian style) with angel hair, mushrooms, onion, pepper, kale, and garlic soy Alfredo

6: the thanksgiving campsite version of the above aka blackened tofu, mashed sweet potatoes, stovetop green bean casserole, a yee olde fuckton of fried onions
7: tortellinis with carrot butternut squash sauce and fresh basil
8: tortellinis with onion, carrot, kale, and Alfredo
9: orzo with fresh pesto
10: (throw in all the produce about to go bad) yellow-ish curry with onion, carrot, broccoli, kale, and white rice
